Springe Hunting Lodge
About 25 km south-west of Hanover you’ll find the Springe hunting castle, the forest district Saupark and the game park Wisentgehege. Built between 1836 and 1842, first as a royal Honoverian, than as Prussian and later until 1918 as imperial hunting castle, the castle today contains a museum. Also it may be used as an event-location.
